The World of Kevin
A second group of Boy Scouts have earned the Medicine Merit Badge at SCMM. On June 24, 2010 Max Audet and Frankie Quinn journeyed to the SCMM from Ontario, CA along with Mrs. Audet and Max’s two sisters to visit the museum. Max and Frankie are from Troop 301 in Ontario.
To earn the merit badge, Scouts must fulfill a number of requirements including knowledge of Medical History, medical examinations, health care industry, medical professionals, and medical instruments. Additionally, they must also perform a community service in the health arena. This merit badge is not a common one and few scouts have gotten it in the past.
